PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore the reservation of the video recording of a program which has been once canceled by simple processing while reducing a burden on a user. SOLUTION: If it is determined that a program is not video-recorded after video recording reservation is made, a reservation correcting manager 162 sets the same time as a video recording start time being a time of starting video recording at a video recording finish time being a time of finishing video recording in reservation information for video recording the program. If the video recording start time is the same as the video recording finish time, a video recording manager 136 controls the video recording of the program so that video recording of the program may be suppressed. Also, if it is determined the program is video-recorded after the video recording finish time in the reservation information is set at the same time as the video recording start time, the reservation correction manager 162 sets the video recording time in the reservation information at a time after the video recording start time.
