摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric field light emitting indication device capable of raising the efficiency of laser energy at the time of laser thermal transfer and improving the lifetime and efficiency of an organic layer by interposing a dummy pattern at the lower portion of a pixel electrode in a light emitting region and minimizing distance between a donor substrate and the pixel electrode, and the method of manufacturing it. <P>SOLUTION: An organic electric field light emitting indication device according to the invention comprises the pixel electrode, the organic layer comprising a light emitting layer at least, and a counterelectrode at the upper portion of a substrate. The device comprises a light emitting region defined by a pixel definition film, a thin film transistor region comprising a gate electrode and a source/drain electrode, and a capacitor region comprising a lower electrode and an upper electrode.
