PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid fuel obtained by impregnating oil mud such as a crude oil sludge, hardly causing luster and adhesion on the surface even if the mass proportion of the oil mud such as the crude oil sludge is large, having excellent handleability at storage, feeding through a pipeline, or the like, and capable of being completely burned before touching the ground in a combustion furnace. SOLUTION: The amorphous solid fuel having no luster and adhesion on the surface comprises an organic mixture comprising 100 pts.mass pulverized product of a Tatami mat (a mat made of rush for Japanese life), 30-300 pts.mass oil mud and 0-200 pts.mass organic powder. The fuel 12 stored in a storing/quantity-measuring feeder 9 is delivered in a pipeline 10 at a prescribed flow rate by wind pressure from a blower 11, and cast into the combustion furnace (cement kiln) 1.
