PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normalize the crossing shutting time by deciding the alarming time best suitable to the actual running speed of a train through utilization of an existing facility. SOLUTION: A crossing control device 6 normalizes the crossing shutting time by calculating the crossing arriving time on the real-time basis using an ATC code pattern to restrict the speed of the train 2, changing the alarm starting point track circuit by track circuit using the obtained crossing arriving time, permitting the train 2 to run to the track circuit 8T where the crossing exists on the basis of the ATC code pattern when the train 2 has intruded to the track circuit decided as the alarm starting point, and deciding the crossing alarming time best suitable to the actual running speed of the train 2.
