摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent temperature probe which emits fluorescence by detecting a target temperature and a fluorescent temperature probe which can perform highly sensitivity sensing, even in the presence of coexisting substances or at a boundary. SOLUTION: The fluorescent temperature probe, which is temperature responsive, is a block polymer or a graft polymer comprising two or more segment chains. In the block polymer or the graft polymer, preferably, one or more segments contain both a heat-sensitive moiety having minimal critical consolute temperature and a fluorescent moiety having fluorescence. The temperature sensor comprises the fluorescent temperature probe and a detection means, wherein the fluorescent temperature probe is a block polymer or a graft polymer, comprising two or more segment chains.
