PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner composition capable of providing prints of excellent image quality. SOLUTION: The toner composition comprises a resin substantially free of cross linking; a cross linked resin; a wax; a flocculant; and a colorant; wherein the toner composition provides a fused image gloss of about 1-20 gloss units. The toner composition preferably has a transmission optical density of about≥1.60 in toner mass per about 0.52 mg/cm<SP>2</SP>unit area. The resin substantially free of cross linking is preferably comprised in an amount of about 68-75 wt.%, the cross linked resin in an amount of about 6-13 wt.%, the wax in an amount of about 6-15 wt.%, and the colorant in an amount of about 7-13 wt.%, based on the total weight of the toner composition, and the sum total of those components is preferably about 100 wt.%.
