PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems of material quality and workability such as wire broken, coil deformation, shift of center position in insert molding of a coil wound with a fusing thin wire. SOLUTION: When the fusing thin wire is wound into a circular shape and a rectangular shape and the coil is insert molded, the coil is press fitted to a holder having coil fixing bobbin structure and lead wire storage concave groove beforehand or fixed with an adhesive, a lead wire of the coil is fixedly mounted to the concave groove provided in the holder, and further the insert holder to which the coil is fixed is subjected to insert molding. Hereby, a high quality actuator device is ensured. Moreover, magnetic force is increased by making the coil high density for improving characteristics, and hence the sensitivity of the actuator is increased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
