PURPOSE: Rice branny pill and unpolished rice substitution food using the same pill are provided, which rice branny pill has a softer taste than and similar nutrition as the unpolished rice when it is cooked, so that a user can easily eat the cooked rice with the rice branny pill. CONSTITUTION: The rice branny pill is prepared by extracting rice bran oil from rice bran, roasting the rice bran meal at 100 to 150 deg. C for 3 minutes to inactivate lipase, and shaping the rice bran meal with pressurization. The unpolished rice substitution food is prepared by washing polished rice with water and drying it, and mixing the dried polished rice with the rice branny pill in a ratio of 92:8, and packing the mixture, wherein the dried polished rice or the rice branny pill is sprayed with rice bran oil. |
