PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a quick and smooth speed change of a vehicle while operating accessories with power output from a transmission via a power output device during low speed travel of the vehicle or stopping work. SOLUTION: To the transmission 16 having a low speed stage synchronizing mechanism 61, the power take-off device 48 is connected for transmitting power to the accessories. A main shaft 23 of the transmission 16 is connected to an engine crank shaft 12a via a dual clutch 14. A low speed stage gear 41 of the transmission 16 is connected to the engine crank shaft 12a via the low speed stage synchronizing mechanism 61 during the low speed travel of the vehicle or stopping work, and the power take-off device 48 is connected to the low speed stage gear 41.
