摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging element for reducing difference in optical black level and resultant deviation of black level without any additional circuit. SOLUTION: As a constitution of the solid-state imaging element provided with an optical black region 1 including a pixel unit for compensating for dark current and an imaging region 2 including the pixel unit which is effective for extraction of images, level difference in the optical black is reduced by giving difference between the charge voltage converting efficiencies of the pixel units of the optical black region and imaging region.
