PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an aluminum tube container having superior alkali resistance. SOLUTION: The inner surface of a base material 2 of a metal tube container 1 is coated with a first corrosion-resistant coating material showing high viscosity, and then is further coated with a second corrosion-resistant coating material showing low viscosity to form a uniform coating film 9 resistant to a strong alkaline content agent.
