PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the expenditure of installation of an apparatus for settling accounts even when a number of oil supplying lanes exist. SOLUTION: Lane identification information inherent to an oil supplying lane, a kind of an oil, and a money are received. After information which can specify the money received corresponding to the lane identification information, and the unit price of the kind of the oil received are correspondingly stored, a recording medium recording information which can specify the lane identification information, is issued to a user. In the oil supplying apparatus corresponding to the oil supplying lane received, the maximum amount of oil supplying calculated from the money received and the unit price of the kind of the oil can be supplied, and the determined amount of the oil supplying from the apparatus for oil supplying is stored in corresponding to the lane identification information. After the oil supplying, the charge of the oil supplying calculated from the determined amount of the oil supplying stored in corresponding to the lane identification information specified from the information read out from the recording medium, and the unit price of the kind of the oil, is subtracted from the received money specified from the information stored in corresponding to the lane identification information to specify a money of change.
