PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image outputting device which outputs an image suited for spectral color matching, only in case image data enabling the spectral color matching to be performed, is entered, and thus can achieve the high precision spectral color matching, fully using the performance of an ink set. SOLUTION: The image outputting device comprises the following components: an input means which inputs color image data, a decision means which decides the attribute of entered image data, a first image outputting means which uses the ink set for the spectral color matching, a plurality of the ink sets including a second image outputting means which uses a different ink set from the first image outputting means, and a selection means which selects the ink set based on the attribute of the image data.
