<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection device that can prevent damages of power semiconductor elements comprising an inverter device, by simultaneously stopping a plurality of the power semiconductor elements at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: In the inverter device 10, photocouplers PC1 to PC6 are installed corresponding to each FETs Q1 to Q6 as constituting components of the protective device 100. An output terminal pair O1 of the photocoupler PC 1 is connected in parallel to a driving terminal pair (here, the drain and the source) for making them operate, corresponding FET Q1 (likewise for photocouplers PC2 to PC6). Input terminal pairs I1 to I6 of a plurality of the photocouplers PC1 to PC6 are connected in parallel. The input terminal pairs I1 to I6, which are connected in parallel, are connected in parallel to a pair of an interruption control terminal T131 and an interruption control ground terminal T132, to which interruption signals SS are given. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
