<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease an establishing time of a session and reduce the cost of a terminal by decreasing the amount of message communication between a called terminal and a server. <P>SOLUTION: An IP type storage means 1a of the server 1 stores an IP type of the called terminal 3 accommodated under the management of the server 1. A message reception means 1b receives from a caller terminal 2a message to establish a session with the called terminal 3. An IP type acquisition means 1c acquires the IP type of the called terminal 3 corresponding to the message from the IP type storage means 1a. An IP type comparison means 1d compares the IP type of the caller terminal 2 included in the message with the IP type of the called transmission terminal 3 acquired by the IP type acquisition means 1c. A comparison result transmission means 1e transmits the comparison result of the IP type comparison means 1d to an address converter 4 for carrying out address conversion so that the IP types of data frames transmitted/received between the caller terminal 2 and the called terminal 3 are coincident with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
