PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet storage device and a sheet feeder for improving separation performance of a sheet, in a bank separating means for separating the sheet by allowing a sheet end part to abut on an inclined face provided in front in the delivery direction of the sheet storage device, in the sheet storage device and the sheet feeder for separating and feeding the sheet one by one. SOLUTION: Sheet separability is improved by imparting deflection to a sheet corner part in carrying, by setting resistance of a member surface abutting on the sheet corner part larger than the other inclined face of a sheet central part.
