PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical compound agent highly useful for preventing and/or treating osteopathy including osteoporosis and having synergistically bone strength-ameliorative activity compared with the corresponding single agents. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical compound agent for preventing and/or treating osteopathy comprises a combination of calcitonin with a parathyroid hormone, being intended for a single administration per week.
