<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing lowering of power selling price to an electric power company even when a storage battery is provided. <P>SOLUTION: A storage battery 22 is charged by electric power generated using a regenerable energy source or electric power from a commercial power supply 20. A control section 32 controls charge and discharge of the storage battery 22. Particularly, the control section 32 switches the storage battery 22 from a charge state to a discharge state when it is detected that generated power amount has transited from a higher state than power consumption amount to a lower state than the power consumption amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
