<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size and a loss of a high-frequency reduction reactor in a DC power supply and a compressor driving apparatus using it since a high-frequency current fluctuation due to a load fluctuation is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The DC power supply is provided with an AC power supply 1, a bridge rectifying circuit 6, a smoothing electrolytic capacitor 7, a load 8, the reactor 9 connected to the AC power supply 1, a switch 10 for turning on/off a current flowing in the reactor 9, a zero-crossing detecting means 11 for detecting zero-crossing of a power supply voltage, a DC voltage detecting means 13, a target DC voltage determining means 14, a switch driving signal generating means 15, and a switch driving means 16. In the DC power supply, the high-frequency current fluctuation, the size, and the loss of the reactor 9 can be reduced by the target DC voltage determining means 14 for determining the target value of an optimal DC voltage in response to the load power fluctuation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
