PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet apparatus which treats fecal matters into a state of inflammable substance and thereafter packages the fecal matters in the toilet apparatus which is designated to seal and package the fecal matters whenever they are excreted. SOLUTION: In the toilet apparatus To, an elastic and long-length folded cylindrical body is set to a toilet bowl 4 as a package member Ca to house the fecal matters into the package member Ca whenever they are excreted, and the entrance of the package member Ca is sealed and sent to the lower side of the toilet bowl. Nearby the toilet apparatus To, a treatment member 10 for absorbing water contained in the housed fecal matters to make the fecal matters into a semi-coagulated state is arranged. Whenever the fecal matters are excreted, the treatment member 10 is supplied into the package member Ca in the toilet bowl which the fecal matters enter, and the treatment member 10 absorbs water contained in the housed fecal matters.
