PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix and hold a cover plate in a frame member, by easily attaching-detaching the cover plate to the frame member, while reducing a constituting member without using a screw. SOLUTION: This inspection port cover 20 has the frame member 22 attachable-detachable to an inspection port, the cover plate 21 detachably fitted in this frame member, and a cover plate pressing member 40 for fixing and holding this cover plate in the frame member 22. The frame member 22 is provided with an inward flange engaging with a peripheral edge part of the cover plate 21, and an engaging hole 23a engageably-disengageably engaging with the cover plate pressing member 40, is bored in both side places on a corner part of the frame member 22. The cover plate pressing member 40 is provided with a pair of pressing parts 42 having on one side surface a projection part 44 engageably-disengageably engaging with the inside of the engaging hole 23a, an elastically deformable connecting part 43 for connecting both pressing parts, and a knob part 45 bored on the other side surface of both pressing parts and adjusting the projection part to the engaging hole by urging deformation of the connecting part.
