<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode, a power generating unit, and a solid polymer fuel cell capable of efficiently exhausting moisture in a porous electrode, smoothly passing gas without blocking porous parts with water, and as a result, improving power generation efficiency with little deterioration thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The air electrode 12, used for a power generating unit of the fuel cell composed of a PEM 10 and porous electrodes 11, 12 arranged on both faces of the PEM, generating power by the supply of hydrogen gas 8b and oxygen gas 9b to the electrodes 11, 12, has a water guiding passage 12c formed, for draining the moisture inside the air electrode toward outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
