PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sake heating/cooling apparatus allowing a user to continuously drink sake of an appropriate temperature. SOLUTION: A heat retaining cup 20 is filled with warm water or cold water, the temperature of the sake in a sake cup 10 is increased by the transmission of heat from the warm water through a heat transfer device 40 and is reduced by the transmission of the heat to the cold water via the heat transfer device 40. This constitution allows the user to heat or cool the sake for every single sake cup 10 so as to continuously drink the sake of the appropriate temperature. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
