A luminescent layer (45) is formed on a hole transporting layer (44) and an electron transporting layer (46) is formed on the luminescent layer. The dopants (DCM2,C6) are doped into the luminescent and electron transporting layers. Red, green and blue light are emitted by the dopants and luminescent layer when bias voltage is applied.
