PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transferring performance by promoting turbulence of air flow. SOLUTION: Projecting portions 12c, 12d projecting from a plate surface of a flat plate portion 12a by a prescribed height are formed on the flat plate portion 12a positioned between tubes 11 adjacent to each other, of a corrugate fin 12, and the projecting portions 12c, 12d are formed in a meandering state in the direction orthogonal to the air flow direction A on the plate surface of the flat plate portion 12a.
