The heat sink has a fin (B) for absorbing the heat produced by heating units and grooves provided on an upper surface of a side of the fin. A carrier material (C) is attached to the fin and has continuous holes corresponding to screw holes of the fin. Thread bolts (D) are fastened in the continuous holes of the material and in the screw holes of the fin for fastening the heating units with each other.
