<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a solar cell which can fully raise a substrate temperature in film formation of a semiconductor film and can prevent generation of air bubbles in the substrate, and to provide a solar cell using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate (1) for a solar cell comprises a metallic layer (10) and a composite oxide layer (12) provided on the metallic layer (10), and also comprises a gas barrier layer (11) disposed between the metallic layer (10) and the composite oxide layer (12). Consequently, in film formation of a semiconductor film, it is possible to prevent generation of air bubbles inside the composite oxide layer (12) by blocking gas diffused from the metallic layer (10) by the gas barrier layer (11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
