PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can maintain a fixing state of a flap on the upper face of the box certainly and can be assembled easily. SOLUTION: The packaging box has side panels 1, 1 composing a pair of opposing side faces of the box and end panels 2, 2 composing a pair of opposing end faces of the box and side upper flaps 4, 4 provided extendedly from the side panels 1, 1 and end upper flaps 5, 5 provided extendedly from the end panels 2, 2 are folded to the upper side of the box to close the fringe part of the upper face of the box. The center part of the upper face of the box between the side upper flaps 4, 4 and the end upper flaps 5, 5 is partially open. Tabs 8, 8 provided extendedly along the end of the box from both the ends of the side upper flaps 4, 4 are sandwiched between basis parts 9, 9 formed by folding the end upper flaps 5, 5 in two and folding back flaps 10, 10 ahead.
