<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor traction controller of a vehicle in which stability can be secured in the behavior of the vehicle by setting a seamless motor torque command value regardless of the switching of a road surface friction coefficient estimate accompanied by the switching of control during motor traction control. <P>SOLUTION: The motor traction controller of a vehicle comprising at least one motor attached to a power source for driving wheels is provided with a means for estimating a first value corresponding to a road surface friction coefficient corresponding to a first slip control section, and a means for estimating a second value corresponding to a road surface friction coefficient corresponding to a second slip control section of a different viewpoint from that of the first slip control section. At the time of switching the first slip control section and the second slip control section, a motor torque command value is set by using a value corresponding to the road surface friction coefficient varying gradually from a value before being switched to a value after switching out of the first value corresponding to the road surface friction coefficient and the second value corresponding to the road surface friction coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
