PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wastewater leveling equipment which can restrain a malodor from being produced due to the accumulation of filthy matter, by leveling wastewater, discharged from a building, through an orifice basin, and which can maintain a proper leveling and drainage function even if cleaning is hardly performed, because the inside of the orifice can be simply cleaned. SOLUTION: This wastewater leveling equipment levels the quantity of the wastewater discharged to a public sewer, by making the wastewater, which is discharged from the building, flow into the orifice basin 3, making the wastewater, which flows over an overflow weir provided in the orifice basin 3, stored in a temporary storage tank, making the wastewater, which is stored in the temporary storage tank, drawn up with a return pump and fed to the orifice basin 3, when the quantity of the wastewater discharged from the building is reduced, and making the wastewater discharged into the public sewer. The orifice basin 3 is equipped with a leveling channel 3c which is provided with a drain gutter 3d leading to an orifice port 3a from a wastewater inflow port, a returned water channel 3e which makes the returned wastewater from the return pump partially discharged in the direction of the orifice port 3a, and a wastewater reversing plate 11 which reverses the flow of the returned wastewater so as to make the returned wastewater flow into the leveling channel 3c.
