PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet sealing apparatus in which a tube shape sheet which passed through a adhesion-cutting device slowly slides down on an exact track with a stabilized posture, and the lower end of the tube shape sheet certainly reaches to a downward device. SOLUTION: The sealing apparatus is an apparatus in which a long tube shape sheet 4 which was passed through the adhesion-cutting device 1 is suspended, and the tube shape sheet 4 is adhered along its width direction for every suitable length and cut at slightly lower part than the adhering part by the adhesion-cutting device 1 to form a short-length bag, wherein in the lower part of the adhesion-cutting device 1, a suction plate 2 is prepared at the side of the passage course of the tube shape sheet 4, and a suction opening and a projection 15 are prepared on a surface 13 which counters the passage course of the suction plate 2.
