PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start processing of interpretation of radiogram or the like utilizing images stored in an image server soon after the finish of an examination. SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 11, an image intensifier 13, a TV camera 14, an A/D converter 17 and a control part 25 generate medical images about a patient utilizing X-rays. The generated medical images are stored in an image-storing memory 21. A control part 25 sorts the stored medical images to be preferential images or non-preferential images. When the stored medical images have to be transmitted to the image server 3, the control part 25 and an external input/output device 24 transmit the medical images sorted to be the preferential images to the image server 3 and thereafter, transmits the medical images sorted to be the non-preferential images to the image server 3.
