PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined oxidized liquid and an ultrasonic humidifier scarcely generating offensive odor like chlorine smell when the combined oxidized liquid is vaporized into the smoke form and providing a bacteria eliminating and deodorizing effect close to that obtained by the direct spray. SOLUTION: This combined oxidized liquid is formed by mixing a chlorine dioxide-based aqueous solution, ascorbic acid and hydrocarbon sodium in water; the water is defined as electrolytically reduced water; and the ratios of respective components (x), (y) and (z) mixed in the electrolytically reduced water of 1 m<SP>3</SP>, when the chlorine dioxide-based aqueous solution, the ascorbic acid and the hydrocarbon sodium are defined as x×10<SP>-3</SP>m<SP>3</SP>, (y) g and (z) g respectively, are within the ranges of 2.5≤x≤4, 40≤y≤65, and 60≤z≤100 respectively.
