<p>The invention relates to the composition of eprosartan formulation with enhanced bioavailability. The formulation comprises of eprosartan or a salt, solvate, or hydrate thereof, a solubilizer, and an emulsifier. A process for manufacturing, and methods of using the formulation to block angiotensin II receptors and to treat hypertension, congestive heart failure and renal failure are also provided.</p> |
