<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing instant scorched Chow Mein (pan-fried noodles) by which such palate feeling as to be burnt on a cast-iron plate and savory flavor can be safely and surely put on the Chow Mein. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the instant scorched Chow Mein comprises burning the surface of an instant fried noodle mass molded in a prescribed shape till the temperature of the surface of the noodle mass gets to 150-240°C to get scorched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
