PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular holder for supporting a device or an instrument such as a mini-computer or a cellular phone consisting of a support member (2) having a support head (3) and a device (G) supported thereby. SOLUTION: An intermediate box (4) is provided, and one side part thereof is attachably/detachably mounted on the support head (3) by engagement structures (8, 7). A device holder (5) is attachably/detachably mounted on another side part of the intermediate box by similar engagement structures (8, 7).
