PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of correctly receiving data by correcting signal delay at the input/output interface of a chip after the chip is mounted on a board for wiring between chips. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises a timing correction circuit which is coupled to an external terminal to which an input data signal is supplied, and latches one signal according to the other signal at a plurality of relative latch timings where relative timings between an input data signal and an internal clock signal are made different stepwise.
