<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate switching between measurements of a drive current and measurement of the functions of an X driver, and to precisely measure the functions of the X driver. <P>SOLUTION: A switch 4, which is connected to a resistance R pulled up to a source voltage Vdd, is coupled to respective output terminals Vo of current drivers 3. The switch 4 is, for example, a MOS transistor and is turned on in measurement mode, when a measurement mode switching signal MOD is input from a mode-switching terminal Vsw. When the switch 4 is turned on to supply a drive current Io to the current drivers 3, the output terminals Vo are held almost at a ground potential, whereas when the drive current does not flow to the current drivers 3, the output terminals Vo becomes a source voltage Vdd.
