PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable electronic equipment with a mounting bracket fixed to a rotating shaft without giving trouble in assembly. SOLUTION: The foldable electronic equipment comprises a turning shaft 33 to which a body 10 having an operation part 11 and an open/close portion 20 having a display part 21 are pivotally mounted in a closeable manner, and the rotating shaft 34 provided almost perpendicular to the turning shaft 33 for bearing the open/close portion 20 on the body 10 in a rotatable manner. On the open/close porion 20, the mounting bracket 38 is provided as a joint portion to the rotating shaft 34. The mounting bracket 38 is detachably joined to the rotating shaft 34.
