PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent breakage of a mesh-like output terminal and reduce a resistance value in a welding portion. SOLUTION: A plurality of first and second flat unit cells 10a, 10b having mesh-like output terminals 21, 23 respectively are connected in series or in parallel. The mesh-like output terminal 23 of the first unit cell and the mesh-like output terminal 21 of the second unit cell adjacent to the first unit cell are laminated through an intermediate metal plate 31, an outside metal plate 32 is arranged on each of the laminated outer surfaces of the laminated mesh-like output terminals 21, 23, the mesh-like output terminal 23 of the first unit cell and the mesh-like output terminal 21 of the second unit cell are welded together with the intermediate metal plate and the outside metal plates. The intermediate metal plate 31 and the outside metal plates 32 have the length corresponding to the width of the mesh-like output terminals, and the mesh-like output terminals are formed with expanded metal, a perforated metal sheet, or a metal net.
