<p>The medicament contains, as it's principal ingredient, a cmpd. of formula:- where A is a 1-6C straight or branched chain alkylene; R1 and R2, same or different are H, (cyclo) alkyl or aralkyl, opt. substd. or can form, together with the N atom to which tey are attached, or with this N atom and another heteroatom or gp. a 5-7 atom satd. heterocycle opt. substd. by an alkyl or 1-4C hydroxyalkyl gp, and R3 is H, aryl or aralkyl contng. a max of 10C, or a 1-6C alkyl gp opt. substd. by a carbethoxy radical or a radical of formula -NR4R5, where R4 and R5 are as in R 1 and R2 Salts and quat. ammonium derivs are also claimed.</p> |
