PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the repairing work of a punctured pneumatic tire and to certainly inject a necessary amount of a sealant in the pneumatic tire even in a state that a puncture emergency measure apparatus is inclined. SOLUTION: When pressurized air is supplied to an air chamber 46, the internal pressure of the air chamber 46 is raised and a movable partition wall 50 is moved toward a liquid chamber 48. By this operation, the sealant 100 of which the amount corresponds to the contraction quantity of the volume in a liquid agent container 49, is extruded from a discharge port 64 to be injected in the tire 90. When the liquid agent container 49 is compressed and deformed almost up to a limit and the discharge of almost all amount of the sealant is completed, the movement of the movable partition wall 50 is stopped and the pressure in the air chamber 46 is raised to reach open pressure P to open a changeover valve 70 by a changeover control pilot 80.
