PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a gap between a seat cushion pad having a reduction in thickness and the lower end of a seat back. SOLUTION: A protrusion portion 16 protruding upward relative to a seat surface 12a is provided at the rear end of the seat cushion pad 10, which serves as a joint portion with the seat back 9, and the protrusion portion is embedded with reinforcing wires. The reinforcing wires are integrally extended from surface skin-locking wires 26 embedded along surface skin-locking grooves 18 and 22. The reinforcing wire includes a lateral linear portion 26C laterally extending along the upper part of the protrusion portion 16, vertical linear portions 26D and 26E extending downward from the lateral linear portion and supporting the lateral linear portion. A longitudinal linear portion 26A for locking the surface skin is extended along the longitudinal groove 18 from the lower end of one vertical linear portion 26D, and a lateral linear portion 26B for locking the surface skin is extended along the transverse groove 22 from the lower end of the other vertical linear portion 26E.
