<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase information processing system, which allows customers to receive merchandises and services through communication terminals without going to shops. <P>SOLUTION: A purchase information management apparatus 2 receives purchase request information transmitted from a customer communication terminal 1, and extracts shop information corresponding to the received purchase request information. In addition, the purchase information management apparatus 2 extracts introducer information on introducers who introduce purchase corresponding to the extracted shop information, and transmits the shop information and the introducer information to the customer communication terminal 1. Based on the shop information and the introducer information transmitted to the customer communication terminal 1, the purchase information management apparatus 2 receives shop and introducer specification information specified by the customer communication terminal 1, and extracts purchase history information and the shop introduction information of corresponding introducers to transmit them to the customer communication terminal 1.
