PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC resin composition which has excellent transparency and excellent adhesiveness to coatings. SOLUTION: This polycarbonate resin composition is characterized by comprising (A) 98.5 to 60 mass% of a polycarbonate resin and (B) 1.5 to 40 mass% of a phenoxy resin represented by the general formula (1) [X is, for example, -Ph-C(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>-Ph-; Y is, for example, H; (n) is a polymerization degree], wherein the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100 mass%, and having a difference of <0.005 between the refractive index of the component (A) and that of the component (B).
