PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress emission of hydrocarbon HC, carbon monoxide CO and particulate matter PM by improving ability of reaction of oxygen contained in an intake side to make perfect combustion easily done and improve combustion efficiency by a device for purifying exhaust gas by adding electron to oxygen and improving combustion efficiency. SOLUTION: An electron generating device provided with a dust removing filter is fitted on an intake side, great amount of electron is contained in oxygen under normally magnetized state contained in intake air by making intake air pass through the device. Oxygen containing great amount of electon has high ability of reaction and easily reacts with fuel. Consequently, perfect combustion is done easily and combustion efficiency is improved.
