PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily edit an image without interposing a PC by operating as host equipment in place of the PC and connecting an image editing input device that is device equipment of the PC, to a digital camera. SOLUTION: Equipment connected to the digital camera is judged and if connection with an information processor is judged, the digital camera is operated as device equipment but if connection with device equipment available in an information processor is judged, the function is switched to operate the digital camera as host equipment.
