PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel magneto-generator simply constructed. SOLUTION: A core 4 is placed opposite to the outer circumferential surface of a flywheel 1 that is rotated by such a driving source as an engine, and a power generation coil 8 is wound on the core 4. Permanent magnets 10 are attached to the magnetic poles 5 and 7 of the core 4. An inductor 11 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the flywheel 1. This inductor 11 forms the closed magnetic circuit of magnetic flux from the permanent magnets 10 when it passes through the area positioned opposite to the magnetic poles of the core 4, and a current is induced in the power generation coil 8 at that time. Further, a core 18 with a power generation coil for igniting the engine wound on it is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the flywheel 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
