PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood molded article improved in strength, a manufacturing method of the wood molded article capable of improving its strength, and an adhesive. SOLUTION: The wood molded article is formed by cementing a plurality of wood materials with the adhesive that consists of a main agent that contains a urethane resin decomposition product obtained by chemically decomposing a urethane resin and a curing agent containing a non-emulsified isocyanate.
