<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of generating music with various sound image localization. <P>SOLUTION: A reproducing means 5 reproduces music data to be edited which are stored in a music data storage means 3. A cursor movement control means 7 moves a cursor to repeatedly pass on a decision line provided on a display means 9 as the reproduction of the music to be edited advances. A localization change indication data storage means 13 stores the elapsed time from the start of the reproduction and the kind of a key as localization change indication data when an operator operates the key for input while the cursor is disposed on the decision line. The reproducing means 15 changes sound image localization according to the elapsed time, based upon the localization change indication data and localization information made to correspond to the key stored in a localization information storage means 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
